We need a Recruitment Associate to join our core team and help us source, screen, and support our customers in finding the talent they need.What you'll actually doSource and screen engineers across embedded software, automotive, and adjacent domains - globallyWork directly with clients to understand their technical needs and match them with the right talent, fastManage candidate pipelines end-to-end - from first outreach to signed contractsCoordinate across time zones - our clients and engineers span Europe, the U.S., and AsiaImprove our processes - if something's broken or slow, you fix it.
