The CFO needs a Structured Finance professional to work with the finance team on structured transactions, lender relationships and capital markets reportingThe Responsibilities:Support with existing structured financing vehicles as well as new funding initiativesOwn the relationship with credit insurance providers and managing agentsLead preparation and negotiation of term sheets, long-form financing documentation etcCo-ordinate with agents on drawdowns, waterfall distributions & repaymentsEnsure full compliance with eligibility criteria, covenants and undertakings, triggers, and early amortisation events across all facilitiesThe Requirements:2-5 Years within structured finance, capital markets or securitisationUnderstanding of SPVs and/or warehouse style lending facilitiesComfortable with loan criteria, covenants, transaction documents
