Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Health & Safety Manager to join the team on a predominantly site‑based role across London.The RoleReporting into the Head of Health and Safety, you will play a key role in ensuring robust health and safety standards are embedded across our projects from inception through to completion.Key responsibilities include:Carrying out regular site inspections and audits across multiple live commercial fit‑out projectsLeading and managing accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actionsProviding clear, practical health and safety guidance to site teams, subcontractors, and project managersLiaising closely with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders, representing the business in a professional and solutions‑focused mannerSupporting project teams with method statements, risk assessments, and safe systems of workMonitoring compliance with UK health and safety legislation, company procedures, and client requirementsContributing to continuous improvement of health and safety culture across the businessAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and commercially aware health and safety professional with strong communication skills and proven site experience.You will ideally have:Demonstrable experience in a site‑based Health & Safety role within construction or commercial fit‑outA strong background in site inspections and accident investigationsExperience working on high‑end or fast‑track commercial projectsThe confidence to liaise effectively with clients, principal designers, subcontractors, and senior stakeholdersExcellent organisational and reporting skillsRelevant Health & Safety qualifications (e.g.
