You’ll work closely with solicitors on sensitive and impactful cases, contributing to outcomes that genuinely change clients’ lives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting solicitors on active case files and providing regular progress updatesDrafting legal documents including witness statements and instructionsConducting legal research across a range of clinical negligence mattersLiaising with clients, ensuring a professional and empathetic approachManaging and maintaining accurate electronic and physical filesAssisting with general case progression and administrative tasksWhat We’re Looking ForLaw degree (2:1 or above) or equivalent qualificationStrong drafting and legal research capabilityExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident communicator with a client-focused approachAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesDesirable:Previous paralegal experience in clinical negligenceExposure to complex claims (e.g. birth injury, orthopaedics)LPC / SQE (completed or in progress)Why Apply?Work on high-value, meaningful casesJoin a recognised and growing specialist teamClear development pathway within a supportive environmentHybrid working model for better flexibilityInterested?Apply now
