Training & Events CoordinatorPermanent | £31,000 | Hybrid workingStarting asapA professional membership organisation is seeking a Training & Events Coordinator to support the delivery of a busy and varied programme of training courses and events for its members.This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
Working as part of a small, collaborative team, the role supports the smooth operational delivery of training and events delivered online, in person and in hybrid formats.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of training courses, predominantly delivered onlineSupporting the planning and operational delivery of events, including online, hybrid and in-person formatsManaging event administration, including bookings, registrations, databases and delegate communicationsActing as a key point of contact for members, trainers and speakers, responding to enquiries professionally and efficientlySetting up and supporting online training sessions and events, including troubleshooting during live deliveryLiaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure venues, AV and logistics are delivered as requiredMaintaining accurate records, invoices and purchase orders linked to training and events activitySupporting larger, flagship events as part of a cross-functional teamIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall training and events experienceThe successful candidate will have previous experience in administration, events, training or a membership-based environment.
