The role offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious employment work, giving you the foundation to develop into a well-rounded employment specialist.From day one, you will be encouraged to take ownership of your work, build client relationships, and develop your commercial understanding, all within a structured and supportive environment.The WorkAdvising employers on day-to-day HR and employment issuesSupporting on Employment Tribunal mattersDrafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreementsAssisting on complex and high-value disputesWorking directly with clients across a range of sectorsContributing to business development initiativesAbout YouNewly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)You will have completed a seat in Employment Law, or have gained strong employment law experience as a ParalegalYou demonstrate a clear and genuine commitment to building a career in employment lawCommercially aware, with strong attention to detailConfident communicator with the ability to build relationships early in your careerMotivated, proactive, and keen to take ownership of your developmentWhy This Role Stands OutThis is not just another NQ role.
