ServiceNow Technical Support Analyst (SC Cleared)Contract to Perm - £350-£400pd DOEUK (Remote) We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst with ServiceNow experience to join a UK base Partner on an initial contract, with a view to move into a permanent role.
You will act as the main point of contact for customers, providing support across core ServiceNow modules, assisting with configuration and development.
You will be responsible for supporting upgrades, testing and deployment as well as performing root cause analysis, conducting system checks and documentation.
Due to the nature of work, you must hold current SC ClearanceRequired Experience 1–2+ years of ServiceNow experience (ITSM and related modules)Proven track record working in a technical support role Strong communication and problem-solving skillsActive UK SC Clearance (mandatory)For more information, Apply Now
