Primarily non-digitalWe are seeking experienced Communications and Engagement Leads to support a high-profile, fast-paced government programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a complex and evolving policy environment, supporting senior stakeholders and delivering high-quality communications across a broad network.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver strategic communication and engagement plans aligned to ministerial priorities.Act as a trusted advisor to Directors and senior leaders, translating complex policy into clear stakeholder messaging.Review and refine communications materials, ensuring consistent, high-quality outputs.Coordinate stakeholder engagement activity and support managers with significant stakeholder portfolios.Build and maintain strong cross-government and external relationships.Provide light-touch team leadership, including prioritisation and oversight of deliverables.Evaluate engagement effectiveness using feedback and insight to drive improvement.RequirementsProven experience in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.Confidence influencing and advising senior leaders.Ability to simplify complex, policy-heavy information for diverse audiences.Experience working in fast-paced, high-profile programme environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
