6 months (full-time or 3–4 days/week)We’re partnering with a leading financial services organisation undergoing a major transformation in how learning is delivered, experienced, and owned across the business.This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you’ll shape how learning is understood, communicated, and adopted at scale.The OpportunityThe organisation already has a strong learning offering—but awareness, clarity, and engagement are inconsistent.As Communication & Engagement Lead, you’ll define and deliver the strategy that brings the Enterprise Learning proposition to life—helping employees and leaders understand its value and take ownership of their development.You won’t just execute campaigns—you’ll shape the narrative, influence senior stakeholders, and drive real behaviour change across a complex, global environment.What You’ll Be DoingDesign and deliver a comprehensive communications and engagement strategy for Enterprise LearningBuild a clear, compelling narrative that supports a shift toward self-directed, personalised learningPartner with senior Learning and HR leaders to align messaging and prioritiesDevelop and execute multi-channel internal campaigns (intranet, email, events, etc.)Create and oversee high-quality communications assets with consistent tone and messagingTrack engagement, gather insights, and continuously optimise your approachLead communications for AI learning initiatives, positioning them within the broader learning journeyAct as a trusted advisor on communication and engagement best practicesWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience leading internal communications and engagement strategies in large, complex organisationsStrong track record of driving awareness, adoption, and behaviour changeConfidence working with and influencing senior stakeholdersExceptional storytelling skills—able to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging narrativesA hands-on, strategic mindset (comfortable building strategy and executing delivery)Experience working in ambiguous or evolving environmentsNice to HaveBackground in Learning, Talent, HR, or Employee ExperienceExperience in regulated industries (e.g. financial services)Familiarity with engagement data and performance measurementExposure to topics like AI, digital learning, or future skillsWhy This Role?Shape how learning is experienced across an entire organisationHigh visibility with senior leadershipReal transformation impact—not business-as-usual communicationsOpportunity to influence culture and behaviour at scaleBlend of strategy, creativity, and executionIf you’re passionate about using communication to drive engagement and meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you.About UsGP Strategies Corporation is one of the world's leading talent transformation providers.
