Facilities Manager (12-Month FTC) | London | Up to £60,000We are working with a leading UK law firm to appoint a Facilities Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in London.This is a high-impact role, taking ownership of facilities operations across multiple offices, leading a team, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery in a professional services environment.The OpportunityYou’ll oversee the day-to-day running of facilities and reprographics, working closely with senior leadership to drive operational efficiency, supplier performance, and workplace standards across the business.This role combines hands-on operational management with strategic oversight, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage facilities, reprographics, and support teams to deliver high-quality internal servicesOversee contractor performance, supplier relationships, and service delivery across multiple sitesSupport office moves, refurbishments, and workplace optimisation projectsManage budgets, procurement processes, and cost efficienciesEnsure meeting rooms, office environments, and equipment are maintained to a high standardAct as a key point of contact for facilities-related queries and service improvementsHealth & SafetyEnsure full compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and best practiceOversee risk assessments, fire safety procedures, and workplace complianceManage DSE assessments, first aid provision, and training requirementsAct as deputy to the Head of Facilities when requiredWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 5 years’ experience in a facilities management roleProven experience managing or supervising teamsHealth & Safety qualification (essential)Experience within a law firm or professional services environment (highly advantageous)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsCommercial awareness with experience managing suppliers and budgetsProactive, organised, and able to operate with autonomyAdditional Details London-based (with occasional travel to regional offices) Salary
