Digital Learning Consultant
Job Description
This role is a FTC of 6 monthsWe are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Consultant to support the development and optimisation of eLearning content across our firm.
This role is ideal for a specialist with a strong background in instructional design, SCORM compliance, and hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
We're open to engaging the right person on either a freelance day-rate basis or a fixed-term contract, depending on preference and availability.Role StructureYou’ll report to the Senior Manager, L&D, and work closely with the wider L&D team, LMS administrator, technical leads, and subject matter experts.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver high-quality eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and RiseEnsure all content is SCORM-compliant and fully compatible with our LMSCollaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex content into engaging digital learning experiencesProvide expert guidance on instructional design best practicesConduct thorough testing and QA across platforms and devicesReview and troubleshoot existing SCORM packages for compatibility and performanceSupport LMS integration and provide documentation as needed.Essential Skills & ExperienceProven expertise with Articulate Storyline and RiseIn-depth understanding of SCORM standards and LMS integrationStrong background in instructional design or digital learning developmentAbility to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlinesExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsClear communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience designing scalable, modular eLearning templatesStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills.DesirableExperience with xAPI or other eLearning tracking standardsFamiliarity with accessibility standards (e.g.
