We are known for delivering innovative, safe, and high-quality solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.The Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to oversee a £30m+ facade remediation scheme in East London, delivered over multiple phases across 3 years.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will take full accountability for:Leading all aspects of design, procurement, programme management, operations, and deliveryManaging client relationships and acting as the company’s senior representativeDriving commercial and technical decisions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest qualityLeading and mentoring the project team to ensure excellence, safety, and complianceCandidate Requirements:Proven experience delivering major construction schemes (£30m+)Strong expertise in facades, cladding, and fire safetyExcellent contractual, commercial, and technical acumenDemonstrated experience in client-facing roles, influencing stakeholders at all levelsStrong leadership and ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects over extended periodsThis is a unique opportunity to lead a high-profile, high-value project with a company at the forefront of facade and recladding solutions.Package
