We’re working with a growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner that’s doing things differently.Built by a team that stepped away from the “sell and move on” model, they focus on long-term client relationships, quality delivery, and continuous improvement rather than constant new logo chasing.With multiple new projects kicking off and a strong existing customer base, they’re looking to bring in a Senior BC Consultant to play a key role in delivery and help shape how the practice evolves.This is a chance to join a tight-knit, no-ego team, where everyone is hands-on, client-facing, and genuinely invested in the work they deliver.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Business Central engagements across multiple clientsRun discovery sessions, workshops, and gather business requirementsDesign and deliver BC solutions aligned to manufacturing and operational processesWork closely with clients across warehouse, supply chain, and finance teamsSupport upgrades, continuous improvement, and BAU enhancementsBuild strong, long-term client relationships as a trusted advisorContribute to internal best practices and help shape delivery standardsRequired Skills:Strong Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience (ideally 7–10+ years)Background working within a Microsoft Partner environmentExperience across Manufacturing, Warehousing, or Service ManagementAbility to deliver full lifecycle projects (discovery → design → delivery → support)Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing experienceComfortable working across multiple projects/customersNice to have:Exposure to ISVs (e.g. warehouse/mobile solutions, reporting tools)Power Platform or integration experienceWhy should I apply?Join a growing partner with a clear vision, not a corporate machineWork in a flat structure where everyone contributes and no one hides behind titlesBe part of a business focused on quality over volume – fewer clients, done properlyReal opportunity to shape delivery and influence how things are doneRemote-first with meaningful client interaction (not just sat behind a screen)Long-term incentives as the business grows, including profit/share-style rewardsWork with a team that values personality, trust, and doing things the right wayInterested?
