Sales & Growth ManagerPart Time / Contract to Full-TimeWe're 22 IMPACT, a global media and communications agency working across Talent, Models, PR, Event Production, and Brand Marketing.
We work with genuinely exciting brands and talent, and we're expanding fast.We're looking for a Sales & Growth Manager to join us on a contract basis with a clear path to full-time.
This is a dual-focus role - you'll own both the strategic growth piece (figuring out where we should be playing and what we should double down on) and the hands-on outreach that makes it happen.What you'll be doingAnalysing our current client base, revenue by sector and project type to identify what's working and where we should lean in harderResearching competitors and market gaps to spot expansion opportunities across new sectors, geographies, and client typesLeading hands-on outbound outreach to prospective clients - writing bespoke emails, helping identify key sequences, and managing the full funnelWorking alongside one other team member to scale the outreach function and develop repeatable processesReporting directly to the CEO with real input into strategy and where we focus effortWhat we need from youProven background in sales development and strategic growth - ideally in an agency or services businessHands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, and outreach stack tools (or the ability to pick them up quickly) would be a bonusExceptional written communication; you can write emails that actually get opened and land properlyData-driven thinking; you can analyse what's working and why, then act on itComfort working across multiple markets and time zonesA self-starter mindset who can own a brief end to end - and who actually enjoys the research and strategy piece as much as the executionWhat this looks likeRemote and fully flexibleContract to start, moving to full-time within 3 months for the right personMonthly rate - open to discussion based on experienceDirect reporting to the CEO with real decision-making power on strategy and prioritiesIf you've got a track record of building growth from both data and hustle, can write with clarity and craft, and want to shape how a growing agency expands - we'd love to hear from you.
