You’ll collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, support pre‑sales conversations, and provide architectural leadership throughout planning, build, deployment, and ongoing optimisation.This role suits someone who enjoys combining hands‑on technical insight with strategic thinking and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & DeliveryLead the design and implementation of solutions across CRM platforms, low‑code technologies, and integration frameworksEnsure all architectural decisions follow best‑practice standards and align with platform capabilitiesBuild prototypes or proof‑of‑concepts to validate solution approaches and demonstrate feasibilityTechnical LeadershipProvide oversight and guidance to delivery teams throughout all stages of a projectReview technical outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with architectural directionIdentify potential risks within solution designs and define mitigation strategiesStakeholder CollaborationAct as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, translating business needs into technical directionSupport pre‑sales activities including scoping, requirements discovery, and solution demonstrationsContribute to planning sessions, proposal development, and architectural presentationsContinuous ImprovementStay informed on emerging technologies, platform updates, and industry trendsRecommend new tools, patterns, or approaches that could enhance architectural practices or client outcomesSkills & ExperienceAt least two years’ experience in a solutions architecture role within CRM, enterprise platforms, or similar environmentsCloud certifications or relevant technical accreditations are advantageousExperience working in consultancy, professional services, or partner‑led delivery modelsStrong understanding of integration patterns, system design principles, and modern cloud technologiesExposure to pre‑sales, solution demonstrations, and client engagementExcellent communication, documentation, and organisational skillsProactive, self‑driven, and committed to continuous professional developmentStrong attention to detail and the ability to build positive working relationshipsCommitment to InclusionWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds feel valued and supported.
