Senior BOARD Consultant

Our client, a well-established consulting partner, is looking to hire a Senior BOARD Consultant to join their growing performance management and analytics practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BOARD professional to take on a senior delivery role, working closely with clients to design, develop, and implement high-quality planning, reporting, and analytics solutions.This position is suited to someone with strong BOARD development experience, a solid understanding of finance and performance management processes, and the ability to lead workstreams across the full project lifecycle.

You will play a key role in delivering client solutions, advising stakeholders, and supporting more junior team members where needed.Responsibilities:Lead the development of BOARD solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analyticsWork directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional and technical designsConfigure and develop BOARD applications, including data models, capsules, procedures, reporting, and dashboardsTake ownership of project workstreams and support successful delivery across timelines, scope, and quality expectationsSupport data integration and data validation activities to ensure reliable and accurate outputsFacilitate workshops, present solutions to clients, and provide guidance on best practiceSupport testing, user training, deployment, and hypercare activitiesMentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability buildingWork collaboratively with project managers, consultants, and client teams throughout deliveryRequirements:Proven BOARD development experience is essentialGood understanding of enterprise performance management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processesExperience designing data models, developing applications, and producing dashboards and reports within BOARDStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to gather requirements and convert them into practical, high-quality system solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilityExperience working across the full project lifecycle, from discovery through to go-live and support
