You'll enjoy understanding how performance fits together across search visibility, paid activity, landing pages, tracking, reporting, and the wider user journey.We're looking for someone with strong core SEO capability, supported by solid PPC experience, who wants to play a more influential role in how performance is shaped, delivered, and improved across a varied client portfolio.
Key responsibilities for the SEO Specialist -Plan, manage, and continuously improve SEO activity across a range of client accountsSupport the setup, optimisation, and ongoing management of PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta & LinkedIn)Carry out keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor reviews, and performance monitoringIdentify and act on opportunities to improve traffic quality, lead quality, and conversion performanceCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to strengthen performance across the wider user journeyProduce clear, commercially focused reporting and actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients Experience and skills we're looking for -Strong hands-on SEO experience, with good working knowledge of PPC3-5+ years' experience in a digital marketing or performance-focused roleSolid understanding of Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and SEMrushConfident interpreting data and turning it into clear, practical actionsCommercial mindset with a genuine focus on outcomes over activityComfortable working across multiple client accounts and collaborating with internal teams This is a brilliant opportunity to join an agency that values clear thinking, collaboration, and performance that genuinely makes a difference.
