Day to day you can expect to:Resolve support tickets and troubleshoot complex client issues across the Microsoft ecosystemSupport end-users within Microsoft 365, Azure, desktop and server environmentsMonitor and maintain critical infrastructure and services to the highest standardsApply strong network troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues quicklyDeliver excellent, professional service to a varied and demanding client baseWhat We Are Looking ForPlease note

MSP experience is essential for this role.

Applications without a background in a Managed Services Provider environment will not be considered.Minimum 3 years of experience working within an MSP environmentMicrosoft certifications required or actively in progress
