Role SummaryWe are seeking a Junior Change Manager to support the planning and delivery of organisational change initiatives, particularly within digital transformation and Microsoft 365 environments.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to develop expertise in change management, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesChange Planning & SupportAssist in the development and execution of change management plans Support change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis Help define communication and training strategies Stakeholder EngagementWork with internal teams and clients to understand change impacts Support stakeholder communications and engagement activities Help manage feedback and address resistance to change Communication & TrainingAssist in creating clear and engaging communication materials Support the development of training content and user guides Coordinate training sessions and workshops Adoption & MonitoringTrack user adoption and engagement metrics Support reporting on change progress and outcomes Identify areas for improvement and support continuous enhancement Governance & DocumentationMaintain change documentation, plans, and reporting materials Ensure alignment with organisational change frameworks and standards Required Qualifications2–4 years of experience in change management, project support, or similar roles Understanding of change management principles and methodologies Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work in a structured and organised manner Good analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in digital, IT, or transformation environments Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) Exposure to change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) Experience supporting training or communications in projects Certification in change management (Prosci or similar)
