Head of Financial Planning Analysis

A growing professional services firm is seeking a commercially focused Head of FP&A to build and embed a high-performing commercial finance function while partnering closely with the CEO and executive board to shape and deliver strategic objectives.Offering a salary of up to £100,000 plus a benefits package worth up to 40%, this is a pivotal leadership role with significant influence across the organisation.Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will transform the FP&A function into a forward-looking, insight-led capability that underpins strategic decision-making.
