High standards, no fluff, and a focus on work that actually drives revenue.You’ll be joining a small, senior team where ownership is real and impact is visible.The RoleWe’re hiring a Senior Product Owner to drive delivery across key ecommerce clients.You’ll act as the voice of the client within delivery, owning backlogs, shaping solutions, and working closely with developers and project teams to ensure everything we ship delivers real commercial value.This role sits at the centre of product, delivery, and client collaboration, keeping work aligned, prioritised, and moving at pace.What You’ll Be DoingOwn and manage product backlogs across multiple client projectsTranslate business and client needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteriaLead sprint planning, refinement, and delivery ritualsWork closely with developers to scope, prioritise, and deliver high-quality solutionsChampion the client vision within delivery teamsShape roadmaps and propose ecommerce improvements in Shopify capabilityUse data and performance insights to inform decisions and prioritisationIdentify risks, remove blockers, and keep delivery on trackBuild strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact alongside delivery teamsSupport alignment between client expectations and delivery outputContribute to strategic conversations that shape long-term client successWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Product Owner in an agency or ecommerce environmentStrong Shopify or ecommerce experience, ideally Shopify PlusSolid understanding of agile delivery and backlog managementComfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentCommercially aware, able to prioritise based on impact and ROIConfident communicator who can align and challenge stakeholdersHighly organised, detail-oriented, and proactiveTechnically literate, with an understanding of APIs, integrations, and ecommerce platformsStrong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and credibilityComfortable contributing to higher-level client discussions beyond deliveryWhy Join UWPSmall, senior team with high ownershipWork that genuinely impacts client growthExposure to leading ecommerce brandsFast-moving environment with no unnecessary processRemote-first, flexible working
