They are known for driving high standards in safety, quality, and technical excellence across large-scale programmes.

Due to continued investment in capital projects, they are looking for an experienced Building & Construction Project Leader to join their team.THE BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION PROJECT LEADER ROLE:Leading end-to-end client-side construction projects from feasibility and design through to completion and handoverCoordinating and driving alignment across internal and external multi-disciplinary project teamsDeveloping and maintaining detailed project delivery plans, CAPEX business cases, and risk & opportunity registersManaging budgets and controlling expenditure to ensure efficient use of resourcesEnsuring all project documentation is accurate, compliant, and maintained throughout deliveryUpholding strong Health & Safety standards across all project activityIdentifying, managing, and escalating risks with effective mitigation strategiesBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levelsBUILDING & CONSTRUCTION PROJECT LEADER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:Proven construction sector project management experience (client-side experience essential)Strong ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-moving environmentExperience translating client briefs into detailed construction scopes of workGood understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems and their lifecycleStrong knowledge of the full construction project lifecycle and delivery processesExcellent understanding of Health & Safety legislation and best practiceConfident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsHighly organised, proactive, and able to demonstrate strong leadership capabilityCollaborative team player who integrates well within established project teamsESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSDegree/HND in Construction, Building Services or equivalent experienceMembership of a relevant professional body (e.g.
