Over the past 6 months, demand for this training has grown rapidly and is now a strategically important part of the business.We are now hiring a Head of Training & Professional Development to take ownership of this function and grow it into a scalable, high‑quality business line.The RoleThis is a senior, leadership‑level role with significant scope, ownership, and progression.You will lead and grow MyCarbon’s training offering, taking it from a founder‑led activity to a standalone, professionally run part of the business.
In the early stages, you will be hands‑on in training delivery to fully understand the product and protect quality.
