Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance, have 5 years UK residency, and the right to work status in the UK.The RoleWe are hiring at Consultant and Senior Consultant level for an ERP Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of ERP transformation projects, ideally within SAP environments.This role will focus on project delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful technical outcomes across ERP programmes, including migration to SAP S/4HANA.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & GovernanceSupport and lead ERP project delivery across scope, timelines, budget, and risksEnsure adherence to governance, security, and audit standardsManage RAID logs, reporting, and project controlsERP / SAP DeliverySupport ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformation programmesWork across business and technical teams to define current and future state processesExperience with SAP S/4HANA or broader ERP platforms preferredStakeholder ManagementAct as the link between business stakeholders and technical teamsFacilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and solution discussionsBuild strong client relationships and manage expectationsTesting & DeploymentOversee UAT, defect management, release planning, and go-live readinessEnsure documentation, handover, and operational readinessSkills & Experience Required6+ years’ experience delivering ERP or SAP projectsStrong experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery modelsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong governance, planning, and reporting experienceAbility to bridge business and technical teams effectivelyExperience in consulting environments preferredDesirableSAP project experience, particularly S/4HANA programmesCertifications such as PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, SAP or Business AnalysisExperience supporting bids, proposals, or business development activityWhy Apply?Join a growing transformation practice delivering major ERP programmesRemote-first role with occasional travelClear progression opportunities across Consultant and Senior Consultant levelsCompetitive salary and benefits package
