People AdvisorManchesterOnsite workingSalary up to £35k dependent on experience and qualificationsFull Time – Permanent Our client is a fast-growing online fashion brand looking for a confident and proactive People Advisor to support the business and further growth.This is a hands-on, operational HR role where you’ll act as a trusted partner to designated departments, supporting the full employee lifecycle while owning recruitment activity and day-to-day people processes.
You’ll work closely with managers to build capability, coach best practice, and deliver a consistent and engaging people experience.Key Responsibilities of the People Advisor:Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employeesSupport the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, absence, disciplinaries, grievances and exits)Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned departmentsPartner with hiring managers on interviews, selection and candidate experienceEnsure onboarding is engaging and effectiveMaintain HR compliance, documentation and data accuracySupport reporting and identify trends to drive improvementsContribute to continuous improvement of processes, including automation where appropriateKey requirements for the People Advisor:Previous experience as a HR Advisor/HR Generalist or similar role would be preferredKnowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceExperience managing recruitment end-to-endConfident handling employee relations mattersHighly organised, resilient and solutions-focusedComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentCIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) desirableBenefits:Bi-annual bonus25 days holiday + bank holidaysBirthday offFlexible working (core hours 10am–4pm)Staff discountHealthcare cash planEnhanced pension, maternity and sick payOnsite gymSocial events and additional perksIf you are interested in this People Advisor position and feel your experience matches the criteria, then please apply now for immediate consideration or for more information please contact Kerry Norman.Medlock Partners are a professional services recruitment specialist operating across the Northwest of England.
