This role will ensure our technology ecosystem supports how our teams market, sell, and deliver — efficiently, reliably, and at scale.You will lead the architecture and operating model for our core GTM systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce and related integrations.

build systems that make it easier for our teams to work smarter, faster, and more effectively.This role offers a competetive base salary in the range of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.What you will ownDelivery leadership & operating modelLead and develop managers responsible for Salesforce Admins and GTM systems specialistsOwn agile delivery processes, including Jira workflows, sprint planning, prioritisation, and delivery standardsPartner with Operations to maintain a clear, capacity-aware roadmap balancing BAU support and strategic projectsEstablish and maintain SLAs, escalation processes, and quality benchmarksEnsure system documentation is clear, practical, and consistently maintainedSystems architecture & platform strategyOwn the architecture of Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stackDefine scalable design standards across Flows, Apex, integrations, and platform configurationEnsure systems work as one connected ecosystem rather than siloed toolsLead solution design decisions and provide technical direction to internal teamsIntegrations, data & reliabilityDefine the integration strategy across systems, APIs, middleware, and data flowsSet standards for data quality, structure, and consistencyEstablish monitoring, alerting, and recovery processes to improve reliabilityPartner with IT on platform performance, storage, backup, and resilienceSecurity, compliance & governanceOwn the Salesforce security model including access, permissions, and sharing frameworksEnsure systems meet client, internal, and regulatory compliance requirements, including GDPRDefine governance standards around data audits, retention, and risk managementPartner with IT and leadership on broader security and compliance initiativesStakeholder & business partnershipPartner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery leaders to translate business needs into scalable system solutionsProvide technical leadership in internal and client-facing discussions when requiredProactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and user experienceHelp ensure systems genuinely support commercial performance and client deliveryWhat success looks like in this roleSystems scale with business growth without creating unnecessary complexitySalesforce and integrations are reliable, efficient, and easy to useRoadmap initiatives are delivered predictably and with measurable impactTeams trust the data and use it to make decisionsSecurity, governance, and compliance standards are consistently metYour team is high-performing, empowered, and accountableWhat we are looking forMust-haves7+ years’ experience in Salesforce architecture, GTM systems, or enterprise systems leadershipDeep Salesforce platform expertise, including architecture and integrationsProven experience designing scalable system solutions across sales and marketing environmentsStrong knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data flow architectureExperience establishing governance, security, and compliance frameworksStrong leadership experience, with the ability to develop teams and improve delivery standardsAbility to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex technical conceptsNice-to-havesSalesforce Architect certification (Application / System Architect preferred)Experience in high-growth, consulting, or fast-paced environmentsExposure to cloud platforms, data warehousing, or storage strategyExperience with system migrations, vendor selection, or platform transformationInterest in AI, automation, and future-proofing GTM systemsWhy work with us?You’ll have real ownership of our GTM systems architecture and strategyYou’ll play a critical role in enabling growth across the businessYou’ll work closely with senior leadership and influence company-wide decisionsYou’ll lead and shape a team that has direct impact on how we operateYou’ll join a smart, ambitious, and collaborative team focused on building better systems and better outcomes
