Metric Bio are very proud to be partnered with a Premier Life Sciences CRO, on the hunt for Chief of Staff.This is a pivotal leadership role within a high-growth organisation, acting as the critical link between the Leadership Team and Executive Team.

This position is responsible for driving strategic, operational, and cultural initiatives set by senior leadership.Operational ExcellenceOversee execution of key initiatives across departments and geographiesDrive accountability on delivery, performance, and professional standardsSupport M&A activity and post-deal integration where requiredStrategic Planning & ExecutionPartner with the Executive Team to support strategic decision-making and long-term planningTranslate strategy into actionable plans, programmes, and measurable deliverablesTrack progress against strategic objectives and report on key metricsLeadership & Team ManagementDirect line management of senior functional leaders and project teamsChair leadership meetings, ensuring clarity, focus, and accountabilityProvide regular updates and insights to the Executive TeamExperience & Requirements:10–15+ years in senior leadership roles, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth environments.Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop high-performing teams.Experience within CRO, Preclinical or CDMO environments (highly preferred).This role is primarily remote, however, infrequent travel to sites (both national, and sometimes international) would be expected.The Chief of Staff position demands a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy, excellent organisational skills -- this could be your next best opportunity to execute widespread organisational change in a position that matters.Apply below & I'll reach out.
