Your work will be essential in:Driving product adoption and customer confidenceImproving user proficiency and self-sufficiencyEnsuring a consistent understanding of product features, updates and best practicesCreating a positive and professional learning experience that reflects our brandKey responsibilities include:Delivering live virtual training sessions, workshops and webinarsTailoring content to suit different audiences, levels of technical ability and use casesKeeping stakeholders engaged, energised and involved throughout sessionsResponding confidently to questions and adapting delivery in real timeSupporting ongoing enablement through documentation, recordings or follow-up materialsCollaborating with internal product and customer teams where neededExperience we’re looking forPrevious experience delivering product or technical training, ideally within a technology environmentFamiliarity with SaaS products or enterprise software (highly desirable)Experience training external customers or clients rather than internal-only audiencesComfort facilitating virtual learning for individuals and groupsSkills & personal qualitiesExcellent presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skillsA confident, engaging and approachable style — you’re comfortable being “on screen”Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate technical concepts into clear, simple language for non-technical audiencesAdaptable, organised and proactive in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with training and delivery tools (LMS, Zoom, MS Teams)
