You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the role and sector.A typical week:Provide remote 1-1 coaching sessionsReview & feedback on assignmentsPrepare learners for examsWork closely with stakeholdersYou'll need the following:2 years Insurance sector experienceExperience of training or coaching othersProfessional & clear communication skillsCII Certificate or Diploma Qualified (desirable)Benefits
