Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Laboratory Technician role based in Abingdon-On-Thames.

The Laboratory Technician will perform routine laboratory tasks, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, conduct quality control checks, and utilize analytical skills to ensure the integrity of data and processes.

Contributing to PhosphonicS’ cutting-edge solutions, this role will support the development and optimization of the company’s functionalized silica technology in collaboration with the scientific and technical teams.

Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Laboratory Equipment operation and maintenanceStrong Quality Control and Analytical Skills in a scientific settingCore Laboratory Skills necessary for data handling and experiment executionExperience working as a Laboratory Technician or in a similar scientific roleHigh attention to detail, organizational abilities, and critical thinking skillsFamiliarity with industry safety and operational protocolsA background in chemistry or related scientific field; a degree or relevant certification is advantageous
