We are seeking a skilled Operator for Captioning and Text Labeling to join our team.

As an Operator for Captioning and Text Labeling, you will be responsible for accurately captioning content (audio/video) and labeling text data to enhance accessibility and improve machine learning algorithms.

This role requires attention to detail, strong linguistic skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Caption GIF and video content accurately and efficiently according to specified guidelines and standards.Ensure high-quality output by reviewing and correcting descriptions mentioned as needed.Collaborate with team members to check the opportunity to optimize captioning and labeling processes.Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements in captioning and labeling techniques.Contribute to the development and improvement of captioning and labeling tools and software.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional language proficiency is a plus).Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Experience with captioning and labeling tools and software (e.g., Amara, YouTube captioning tools, Labelbox, etc.) is preferred but not required.Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus.Bachelor's degree in linguistics, communication, computer science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
