Japanese speaking Commercial Lawyer

We are currently seeking Japanese-speaking Commercial Lawyers for an exciting interim opportunity supporting a leading financial services / insurance client on a fully remote basis.This is an excellent opportunity for commercially minded lawyers with strong contract review and negotiation experience who are fluent in Japanese and English and available at short notice.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contractsProviding day-to-day legal support to business stakeholders on contractual mattersAdvising on legal and commercial risk in relation to customer and supplier agreementsSupporting high-volume contract workflows in a fast-paced in-house environmentCollaborating with international stakeholders, including Japanese-speaking business teamsRequirementsQualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts experienceFluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written) is essentialPrior in-house or financial services / insurance sector experience preferredComfortable managing a high volume of contracts independentlyAvailable to start at short noticeRole DetailsDuration
