Head of Product | Workforce | IAM | Cyber Security | – Remote UK preferred - £130,000 base - strong share options - 20% bonusA global leader in consumer-facing biometrics is expanding into workforce identity, applying its expertise to address the rise in AI-driven impersonation and enterprise security threats.We are seeking a Head of Product to lead this new business line, adapting existing capabilities for workforce use cases and shaping a critical product pillar.
This is a greenfield leadership role with full ownership of strategy, roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market.You will work cross-functionally and directly with enterprise customers to ensure solutions meet evolving security and usability needs at scale.How you’ll make an impactVision & StrategyDefine and evolve the product vision, value proposition, and roadmap aligned to customer needs and business goals.Leadership & CollaborationContribute to a high-performing product leadership team, fostering a culture of customer focus, experimentation, and delivery excellence.Customer DiscoveryEngage enterprise customers, security leaders, and partners to uncover pain points, use cases, and buying behaviours.Roadmap & DeliveryTranslate insights into clear, prioritised product requirements balancing impact, feasibility, and speed.Go-To-MarketPartner with commercial, marketing, and customer teams to drive product positioning, launch, and sales enablement.Outcomes & PerformanceDefine and track key metrics across adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction, using data to inform decisions.What we’re looking forExperience in high-growth, fast-paced technology environmentsProven product leadership within enterprise SaaS, identity (IAM), or securityStrong understanding of workforce platforms and employee identity managementTrack record of delivering enterprise-grade products from concept through to product-market fit and scaleAbility to lead across the full product lifecycle
