We combine traditional headhunting with embedded recruitment and are building an AI-driven recruitment marketplace to scale how top talent connects with leading companies.We work closely with clients on high-impact roles across major programmes, infrastructure projects, and consulting environments.The Role:We’re looking for experienced freelance recruiters who can step in and deliver immediately.
You’ll work on live roles across engineering, consulting, and construction-related disciplines, either independently or embedded within client teams.This is a delivery-focused role suited to recruiters who already have strong networks and know how to generate high-quality, engaged candidates quickly.Key Responsibilities:Source, engage, and qualify candidates across:Engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical)Project Management & PMOProject Controls & Cost ManagementProcurement & Commercial ManagementConstruction & Infrastructure rolesManage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle (outreach → screening → submission → interview → offer)Partner with Hire Pals and/or client stakeholders to refine role requirementsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for repeat hiring needsDeliver high-quality shortlists aligned to client expectationsProvide market insight (availability, salary trends, competitor activity)What We’re Looking For:ExperienceProven track record recruiting in one or more of:Engineering (civil, structural, electrical)Construction / infrastructureConsulting environments (e.g.
PA Consulting, Atkins, Turner & Townsend, etc.)Experience placing roles across PM, PMO, Project Controls, Commercial, or ProcurementStrong understanding of regulated environments (e.g. defence, SC-cleared roles is a plus)CapabilityAble to generate candidates without relying solely on inbound applicationsStrong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting capabilityConfident running candidate screening calls and qualifying effectivelyAble to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneouslyCommercially aware – understands client expectations and delivery pressureProfile FitSelf-sufficient and proactiveComfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExisting network in relevant industries is highly valuable
