Paralegal (Post-Exchange) | London | £30,000We are working with a leading law firm with a strong presence in real estate and development, looking to appoint a Paralegal to join a specialist Post-Exchange team in London.This role is ideal for someone with at least 18 months’ continuous experience in a similar environment, who thrives in a high-volume, process-driven setting and wants to build deeper expertise in the later stages of property transactions.The RoleYou’ll play a critical role in managing transactions from exchange through to completion and registration, including:Handling files from exchange of contracts through to completion and post-completion registrationManaging key deadlines across SDLT submissions, AP1 applications, and Land Registry processesPreparing and submitting SDLT returns within statutory timeframesDrafting and submitting AP1 applications and resolving Land Registry requisitionsReviewing and interpreting priority searchesMaintaining accurate workflow trackers and ensuring deadline-driven deliveryLiaising with clients and internal stakeholders to provide progress updatesWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 18 months’ continuous experience in a post-exchange or similar property roleStrong understanding of the post-exchange to registration processHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and high volumes of workStrong organisational and administrative skills, including diary and workflow managementConfident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approachWorking PatternHybrid working
