We produce content-driven experiences that bring together leading voices, policymakers, and innovators.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Event Assistant Executive Graduate Intern to support the planning and delivery of our events.
This is a hands-on role designed for someone eager to learn every aspect of event execution, content production, and audience engagement.You will receive in-person training from a Scotland-based Content Manager and gain exposure to both onsite and offsite event operations with opportunity to travel with the team.
This internship has strong potential to convert into a full-time role for the right candidate.Paid internship- 21,000 per annumLocation
Glasgow or Edinburgh (Remote with in-person training in Scotland at first)Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the end-to-end delivery of eventsSupport speaker liaison, including coordination and communicationsManage administrative tasks related to event planning and executionProvide support on ticket salesContribute to some marketing efforts Work closely with content teams to understand and deliver event narrativesSupport live event operations, including attendee management and logisticsLearn and operate event and content platforms used by the companyCandidate ProfileBased in Glasgow or EdinburghGraduate or early-career candidate (internship level)Some experience required in eventsDemonstrated interest or knowledge in AI and/or PoliticsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsProactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and “say yes” to challengesConfident communicator, comfortable engaging with speakers and stakeholdersTeam-oriented with a collaborative attitudeWillingness to occasionally be on-site and travel for eventsWhat You’ll GainHands-on training in event production (onsite and offsite)Exposure to high-profile events and industry speakersExperience across content, marketing, and operationsMentorship from an experienced Content ManagerOpportunity to transition into a full-time roleHow to ApplyWe are hiring immediately.
