We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver high-quality, end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio, supporting hiring managers and senior stakeholders to secure the talent needed to drive business performance.This is a hands-on, stakeholder-facing role where you’ll combine delivery, insight, and leadership to create an outstanding hiring experience and consistently strong outcomes.The RoleYou’ll take ownership of recruitment delivery, working closely with hiring managers, People Business Partners, and external partners to design and execute effective hiring strategies.

Alongside this, you’ll lead or mentor TA specialists and contribute to continuous improvement across processes, technology, and candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, offering expert advice on hiring strategies and workforce planningDeliver full lifecycle recruitment, ensuring a high-quality, engaging experience for candidates and hiring managersLead recruitment campaigns, managing pipelines across both active and passive marketsUse data and insights to track performance, improve outcomes, and inform decision makingDesign and deliver robust selection processes, including screening, interviews, and assessment approachesCollaborate with external partners and suppliers to optimise attraction and sourcing activityEnsure all recruitment activity is compliant with relevant legislationChampion inclusion and diversity, embedding fair and equitable practices across all hiring processesDrive continuous improvement, adopting digital tools and new ways of working to enhance efficiency and experienceSupport, coach, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance cultureWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across a range of hiring types (including campaigns and volume)Strong stakeholder management and influencing skillsExperience across sourcing, attraction strategies, and assessment designAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver at paceData-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvementStrong understanding of recruitment compliance and governanceExperience leading, mentoring, or coaching othersHappy to work onsite 3 days per week near HeathrowDesirable:Experience with ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent mappingExposure to psychometric tools (e.g.
