Head of Clinical Operations - Weight ManagementNorth West England (Hybrid - 1 day/week onsite)I’m currently partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital health businesses as they continue to scale their obesity and GLP-1 treatment offering.This is a genuinely high-impact opportunity for a clinically and operationally strong Pharmacist Independent Prescriber who wants to help shape how large-scale, protocol-driven obesity care is delivered in the UK.This is not a traditional pharmacist role and not a passive governance position.

The business is looking for someone who can build, optimise, and scale clinical operations in a fast-growth telehealth environment.You’ll play a key role in:scaling prescribing operationsimproving patient flow and clinical throughputoptimising GLP-1 protocols and workflowsmanaging clinical capacity and rota planningdriving governance and protocol adherencepartnering cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Engineering teamsThe environment is ambitious, fast-moving, and highly commercial, whilst maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and clinical quality.Ideal BackgroundGPhC-registered Pharmacist Independent PrescriberExperience within obesity, GLP-1, weight management, online pharmacy, or telehealthStrong operational leadership experienceComfortable managing KPIs, SLAs, staffing, and clinical workflowsExperience building or implementing prescribing protocolsCommercially aware with a systems/process mindsetThrives in high-growth or startup-style environmentsIf this role sounds interesting, please apply now to learn more!
