Product Marketing Director – Semiconductor IP

Competitive salary + bonus package.We’re looking for a commercially driven GTM and Product Marketing professional to accelerate the growth of cutting-edge semiconductor technologies in global markets.

Working closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams, you’ll help shape market strategy, generate new opportunities, and drive customer engagement across high-growth sectors including AI, Automotive, IoT, Mobile, and Datacentre.Product Marketing Director Responsibilities:Execute GTM strategies to grow pipeline and market adoption.Identify and engage new customers, partners, and market opportunities.Track semiconductor trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.Support product launches, industry events, and customer-facing activities.Bring customer and market insight back into product strategy.Product Marketing Director Requirements:Relevant technical degree, or equivalent, in electronic engineering.Experience in GTM or Product Marketing within the semiconductor industry.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.A proactive, curious, and results-driven mindset.Experience with GPUs, AI, compute technologies, or semiconductor IP is highly desirable.If you are interested in joining a fast-moving technology business who are developing semiconductor solutions used by billions worldwide – get in touch with Rebecca a IC Resources for more information!
