Brand Protection Manager (Intellectual Property) Hybrid (Milton Keynes)Protect and Shape Brand Integrity at ScaleWe are supporting a globally recognised FMCG organisation on the appointment of a Brand Protection Manager, a highly strategic role focused on safeguarding brand value, intellectual property, and customer trust across international markets.This position sits at the intersection of IP, legal, digital, and marketing, and plays a critical role in ensuring brand consistency and protection across all customer touchpoints.Key responsibilitiesLead and develop a global brand protection programme across digital and physical channelsMonitor and address online brand risks including infringement, impersonation, and domain misuseManage relationships with external brand protection agencies and legal partnersOversee takedowns, enforcement activity, and escalation decisionsBuild and maintain robust evidence repositories to support IP enforcement and legal actionsPartner closely with Legal, Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure consistent brand usageSupport the development of IP and brand protection strategyWhat we’re looking forDemonstrable experience in brand protection, IP, or trademark‑related rolesStrong understanding of online infringement, domain disputes, and enforcement processesAbility to make pragmatic, risk‑based decisions (enforcement vs monitoring)Experience working cross‑functionally with Legal and Marketing stakeholdersHighly organised, detail‑driven, with experience managing complex datasets or evidenceWhy consider this roleOpportunity to operate in a global, high‑visibility positionWork at the forefront of brand protection in a digital‑first environmentBroad exposure across Legal, Commercial, and Brand functionsSignificant ownership in shaping processes, tools, and strategy
