Commercial Paralegal

A well-established sports and entertainment organisation is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their in-house legal team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.The role is based in the East Midlands (hybrid working).

£30,000 per annum The Role:Work closely with commercial, marketing, and operational teams across a broad range of business activitiesDraft and review a variety of commercial agreements, including sponsorship, licensing, media, and supplier contractsMaintain and update standard contract templates, terms, and internal legal documentationSupport on intellectual property matters, including brand usage and licensing arrangementsAssist with data protection and privacy compliance, including responding to queries and supporting internal processesProvide support on regulatory, governance, and dispute-related matters as requiredLiaise with and help manage external legal advisorsIdeal Candidate:Proven experience as a paralegal within a commercial or in-house legal environment (this role is not suited to entry-level candidates)Strong experience reviewing and drafting commercial contractsHighly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesCommercial, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetConfident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels of the businessTo register an interest, please send through your CV to
