Senior Associate Solicitor – Real Estate Disputes | City of London | Hybrid 2 days in office |£80k -£100k + DOEA highly regarded Legal 500 City firm is seeking a Senior Associate (4–6 + PQE) to join its successful and rapidly expanding Real Estate Disputes team.The team is experiencing sustained and significant growth, creating a genuine opportunity for a Senior Associate to step into a visible and progressive role within a high-performing department.

The firm combines high-quality work with a supportive and balanced working culture, offering strong long-term career progression as the team continues to grow.The role:Based in the city, you will work closely with the Senior Associate and Head of Department, while managing your own varied and complex caseload.You will be working with Commercial Property owners and investors as well as Lenders.The role will involve handling a broad range of contentious real estate matters including:Trespass issuesLandlord and tenant disputesPossession proceedings for landlords and lendersMortgage possession claimsEnforcement of personal guaranteesContested lease renewalsForfeiture and relief from forfeiture applicationsYou will also play an active role in supporting junior team members, contributing to business development initiatives, and strengthening client relationships.Required:The position requires strong technical accuracy, confident client handling skills, and the ability to manage demanding deadlines while maintaining a calm and professional approach.Qualified solicitors with 4–6+ years’ PQE in Real Estate Disputes, ideally with recent London-based experience.Strong Technical knowledge of Real Estates disputes in matters listed above.Be comfortable leading matters with minimal supervisionInterest in expanding knowledge into additional areas of RE disputes ie
