In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the design, development, and delivery of training solutions, bringing your expertise and high performance in training environments to deliver impactful initiatives and exceptional results.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIESDeliver training material to attendees in a variety of organisations, in a range of industriesThis role includes delivery of power skills training, on-boarding programmes, IT systems, leadership programmes, and business processes trainingDeliver training to team members, managers, and leaders, equipping them with tools and strategies to improve work efficiency and effectivenessOffer suggestions for training techniques and delivery methods, using cost-effective approaches to meet client needsFacilitate training globally, with live web-based sessions, and potential face-to-face training delivery, in the futureAssist in course design and content creation for web-based, face-to-face, and E-Learning packagesEnsure training programmes are delivered successfully to the relevant target audience, advise, and recommend alternative training methods, if required, to improve impact of trainingCollect and review feedback from clients on training participation, training delivery, and report potential improvement opportunities to Senior ManagementEssential skills include professionalism, self-motivation, hardworking, ability to use own initiative, excellent communication skills, teamwork, flexible working hours, a readiness to travel (if necessary), an enthusiastic and infectious personalityNOTE:In line with Neoskill’s employment strategy, this position is NOT suitable for candidates with a background in contracting, self-employment, or business ownership.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES StrategyCollaborate with the training team to ensure alignment with Neoskill’s business goals.Policies and ProceduresFollow relevant policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to maintain a controlled and consistent workflow.Day-to-Day OperationsThis is a home-based role requiring virtual training sessions to global clients.

Given the international scope of the role, flexible working hours are required, as they may not always align with a standard 9am-5:30pm UK schedule.

In the future there may be an opportunity to travel to client sites, including international travel, for in-person training deliveries.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEA formal degree or training qualification is preferredMinimum of three years’ experience in a training role with responsibility for deliveryProven experience in training diverse teams and delivering successful learning outcomes is essentialAbout Neoskill LimitedFounded in 1997, Neoskill specialises in providing training across various industries.
