You’ll shape operating models, structures, governance and roles, ensuring organisations are built around their people and set up to perform.You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, owning critical OD workstreams end-to-end, while working as part of a broader consulting team to deliver integrated solutions across our full human capital offering.This is a step up—more ownership, greater visibility, and a stronger voice in shaping both client outcomes and team delivery.What You’ll DoYou’ll play a hands-on role in delivering complex transformation work, combining strategic thinking with practical execution:Lead organisation design workstreams across large-scale transformation programmesDesign operating models, structures and governance aligned to business and people strategyTranslate strategic ambition into clear, implementable organisational solutionsEnsure design decisions reflect culture, capability, and ways of working—not just structureAlongside delivery, you’ll operate as a credible advisor to clients:Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholdersFacilitate workshops and guide key design decisionsAdvise on organisational trade-offs, risks and performance implicationsYou’ll also take ownership of delivery quality and team leadership:Own the delivery, quality, and outputs of your workstreams end-to-endManage risks, dependencies and stakeholder alignmentCoach and develop Consultants and Senior Consultants, building capability across the teamAs part of a broader consulting environment, you’ll contribute beyond core delivery:Support the development of proposals and bid materialsContribute to Korn Ferry’s organisational design methodologies and IPBring external insight into how organisations are evolving in the future of workWhat You’ll BringYou bring a strong grounding in organisational design and a clear understanding of how people strategy drives business performance.
