Service Designer - UK/Remote - £500/Day Outside IR35 Essential Skills
Proven experience as a Service Designer in digital delivery.Strong understanding of user‑centred design, systems thinking, and service design methods.Experience creating service blueprints, journey maps, and prototypes.Ability to work with policy, operational, and technical stakeholders.Strong facilitation and communication skills.Experience working in Agile, multidisciplinary teams.Understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and the GDS Service Standard.
