DLSM Studio - an award-winning creative agency - is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Studio Assistant to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong creative eye, excellent organisational skills, and an interest in commercial interior design and branding.
The role combines marketing support with day-to-day studio administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being at the heart of a busy creative studio.Location
BrightonFull Time PositionABOUT THIS ROLEThe successful candidate will support the studio across marketing, business development, and general office administration.
You will help maintain and grow the studio’s external presence while also acting as a key point of contact within the business.We are looking for someone who is highly organised, personable, visually aware, and confident communicating with clients, suppliers, and the wider team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Marketing & CommunicationsAssist with the creation and coordination of marketing materials and presentationsSupport the management of social media platforms and website updatesHelp curate project imagery, studio content, and case studiesAssist with award submissions, bids, and business development documentsCoordinate newsletters and marketing campaignsSupport photography shoots and studio events where requiredLiaise with PR agency to brief information on studio news and projects- Studio & Office AdministrationAct as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitorsManage general studio enquiries and direct communications appropriatelyAssist with meeting coordination and diary schedulingSupport day-to-day office organisation and administrationHelp maintain a professional and welcoming studio environmentSKILLS & EXPERIENCEPrevious experience in a marketing, studio coordinator, or administrative role preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational and multi-tasking abilitiesA creative eye and genuine interest in interiors, design, and brandingConfident using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred but not essential)Experience with social media platforms and content creationPositive, proactive, and collaborative attitudeWHAT WE OFFEROpportunity to work within a creative and collaborative design studio Exposure to high-profile commercial interior design projectsSupportive and friendly studio cultureOpportunity to learn, grow and develop the role over timeAccess to free wellness & community events at Plat9rm Co-WorkingIf this sounds like the right opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
