Business Travel Support Specialist – Remote (UK)We are recruiting on behalf of a growing global travel business who are looking to expand their support services team with an experienced Business Travel Support Specialist.This is a fully remote role within a fast-paced business travel environment, focused on the operational and behind-the-scenes side of corporate travel, supporting bookings made through modern online systems and booking technology.

It is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of business travel, problem solving, ticketing and ensuring bookings run smoothly from start to finish.Business Travel Support Specialist – what will I be doing?Monitoring and managing booking queues within Sabre and internal systemsResolving ticketing issues, booking errors and schedule changesSupporting with refunds, voids and unused ticket managementQuality checking bookings and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and accuratelySupporting the smooth processing and quality control of bookings made through online booking systemsInvestigating and resolving operational problems before they impact travellersEscalating more complex or VIP issues to the appropriate teams where neededWorking closely with wider operations and support teams within a global environmentMaintaining accurate records and working within agreed service levelsBusiness Travel Support Specialist – what experience do I need?Previous experience within a Business Travel/TMC environmentStrong Sabre knowledge is essentialExperience working with queues, ticketing, reissues, refunds or operational supportStrong attention to detail and a highly organised approachComfortable working independently within a remote roleConfident managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environmentExperience using online booking systems or travel technology would be beneficialA proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skillsBusiness Travel Support Specialist – What else do I need to know?Fully remote role based in the UKWorking hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pmOne weekend day required every 6 weeks with a day off in lieu during the weekExcellent salary package25 days holiday plus bank holidaysOpportunity to join a growing international travel businessWorking within a supportive and collaborative global team
