Interim Company Secretary Corporate GovernanceLondon | Hybrid | Up to 6-month secondment | Start ASAPWe are supporting a global corporate client in the search for an experienced Company Secretarial / Governance professional to join on an interim basis, covering a gap within their UK governance function.

You will provide company secretarial and governance support across a global corporate structure, working closely with senior stakeholders across Legal, Treasury, Investor Relations, and other corporate functions.The OpportunityThis is a high-impact interim assignment within a complex, multinational environment, offering exposure to group-level governance, treasury, and corporate activity.The successful candidate will step into a critical role to ensure continuity of governance operations and provide senior-level support across the business.This opportunity is best suited to a Senior Associate-level lawyer or highly experienced solicitor with strong listed company governance and company secretarial expertise.Key areas of responsibility include:Governance support across corporate transactions and group activityTreasury-related governance mattersDividends, capital management, and corporate structuring supportDisclosure support, including MAR and UK Listing Rules considerationsWider company secretarial support across subsidiaries and group entitiesAbout You (We are looking for someone who brings):Senior Associate-level or equivalent experience within a legal or company secretarial functionStrong background in listed company governance and corporate governance frameworksProven ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced in-house or secondment environmentsConfidence engaging with senior stakeholders across Legal, Treasury, and IRStrong attention to detail, sound judgement, and delivery focusAbout ElevateElevate is a global provider of consulting, technology, and services for law departments and law firms.
