Horsham | Full‑time | Office‑basedWe’re looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our fast‑paced, friendly finance team.
If you’ve worked in AP, AR or Cashiering and want a role with variety, ownership and impact, this is for you.
What you’ll doProcess AP invoices, credit notes and payment runsHandle vendor queries and complete AP reconciliationsAllocate customer payments and manage Direct DebitsProduce statements and support credit controlPost and reconcile daily cash book transactionsProcess refunds and weekly expensesSupport the wider admin team when needed What you’ll bringExperience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance roleStrong AP and/or Cashiering knowledgeConfident with ERP/accounting systems and ExcelHigh accuracy, organisation and a proactive mindsetClear communication and ability to work under pressure What you’ll getFull training and onboarding23 days holiday + bank holidaysPaid day off on your birthdayEmployee Assistance ProgrammeFree onsite parkingPension & eye care schemeSupportive team and opportunities to grow
