Cruise StaffWe’re looking for enthusiastic and personable Cruise Staff to host activities, entertain guests, and create a fun, social atmosphere onboard.

You’ll act as a host and MC, engaging guests through a variety of events, shows, and recreational programs.Key Responsibilities:Host and participate in adult and family activities and eventsAct as MC for games, shows, and social gatheringsInteract and socialize with guests to enhance their experienceSupport embarkation, debarkation, and guest servicesAssist with sports, tournaments, and activity programsPerform in shows, skits, and themed eventsSet up and manage activity equipment and suppliesRequirements:2+ years’ experience in entertainment (theatre, music, dance, comedy, or similar)Strong MC and public speaking skills (microphone experience required)Ability to engage and manage large groupsTalent or ability to lead activities (dance, fitness, crafts, etc.) preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsBasic computer skillsHigh school diploma required; related degree preferredIf you enjoy entertaining, socializing, and creating memorable guest experiences, this is the perfect role for you!
